MS Housing Stats for March 2011 revised

Hi Everyone,
There is a revision in the number of homes that sold on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the month of March 2011. Previously we reported that the number of sold homes was 278, but late entries in our MLS system has now revised that number to 299 homes that sold in March of 2011. This is
a 6.4% increase in the number of homes sold in March of 2010 for the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
And up from February's totals of only 198 (typicaly there is a big increase from Feb to March though)
The Price factor both in average and median prices seems to be stagnant or slightly downward.
For the 1st quarter of this year (2011) total homes sold is up 6.6% from the 1st quarter of 2010.
