The seminar will show you how to obtain financing, what to look for in finding a REALTOR, how to negotiate offers, how to get down payment assistance. All about the Grant programs and Bond money that is available to first time buyers.
Also we will be talking on how to write an offer, how to write offers if its a foreclosed property and more.
